MVP Living is a family business with focus on providing tailored property rent service to landlords and home owners by placing working professional tenants in high-quality shared accommodations. MVP Living operates in the North East of England centralised in Newcastle upon Tyne and Gateshead and is founded by Maria Peppa in 2020.
I want to help property owners overcome challenges of a busy and hectic landlord life and simultaneously provide amazing modernised accommodation to working professionals.
Over the last 8 years living in Newcastle upon Tyne, I have experienced low-grade property maintenance and poorly equipped accommodation being in unacceptable conditions. I understand that being a landlord and especially a landlord of a multi-shared property you are likely to be under a lot of pressure.
I want to eliminate the daily headaches of being a landlord by providing a convenient profitable solution with guaranteed long-term income. At the same time, I want to create and maintain high quality accommodation that professional tenants can feel inspired, safe, comfortable and happy in their home.
My many years of experience in land-surveying and mapping engineering alongside my academic research background have given me the tools and skills to establish trustworthy professional relationships and solve problems with an analytical and methodical thoughtful approach.
